Ingredients

  • 6 frozen gyozas

  • 3/5 tpsp. oil

  • Gyoza-dipping sauce
  • 8 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. chili

  • 3 Tbsp. vinegar

  • 4 Tbsp. Sesame oil

Instructions

  • Put the frozen gyozas in an even layer in the fryer basket.
  • Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes at 380°F/193°C. Change the sides too until golden.
  • Allow them to cool for a few minutes. Serve with dipping sauce.
