Step 1

In a pan, put some olive or sesame oil. cut the pepperoni into small cubes, place the sausages in them, and fry until soft on a medium flame.

Add minced garlic for five minutes, then turn off the flame and keep it cool.

Step 3

In a bowl, put all the pan mixture and add green onions. It should be in the form of a slice. Add 7 oz. of shredded mozzarella cheese to the mixture. Mix it well with your hands.

Step 4

Pick up a wonton dumpling wrapper in your hand, and from the spoon, put the mixture in the center of the wrapper. Do not overfill it. Then wet your fingers and fold them in the form of pleats. Take care to press the dumplings down on the opposite side of the pleated edge, so the dumpling sits with pleats up.

Step 5

In the process of cooking, again put some oil in the pan. it can be olive, sunflower, or sesame. Use a brush to spread the oil around the pan. Then place the gyoza/dumplings in the pan and fry them until golden on both sides. Make sure that they don’t touch each other.

Step 6

Then add ¼ cup of hot water to it because it will make the pizza gyoza soft and non-breakable. Cover the pan for two minutes, and keep the flame very low. Then turn off the flame and keep them for two minutes more for extra steam.

Step 7

Remove the gyoza/dumplings from the pan and serve them!

Method for the sauce:

Step 1

Step 2

Transfer the sauce to the sauce pot (pan). Keep the flame medium

Add the remaining ingredients and mix them well for 10 minutes.

Step 4

After that, remove the garlic and basil from the sauce. Serve it in small, traditional bowls.

  • 15 dumpling wrappers

  • 150g pepperoni slices

  • 100 g Green onions 

  • Italian seasoning half Tbsp

  • garlic, minced half Tbsp

  • 3 small Basil leaves

  • Sauce ingredients:
  • Tomato pizza sauce 2 Tbsp
    Vinegar  Tbsp
    Chili sauce (optional) Tbsp
    Oregano 1/4 Tbsp
    Basil small stem with leaves
    Salt half tbsp
    Pepper 1/4 Tbsp
    Garlic (optional) half clove


  • In a food processor, add pepperoni and sausages and process until it forms paste.
  • Then add all the filling ingredients in t and mix it with your hands.
  • In the process of dipping sauce, heat the tomato sauce in a sauce pot and then add basil, oregano, garlic, salt, and pepper. cook it for 15 minutes on medium-low flame.
  • Then remove the basil and garlic from the sauce and serve it.
