Instructions

STEP 1:

In the beginning, put the ginger, garlic, green onions, and red chili into the stockpot and fry them in the oil until they get soft and their flavors smell around. It’s best if you use all of these ingredients minced. Keep the flame medium.  put 500 ml of water in it too, until it is boiled.

STEP 2:

Add the dried egg or rice noodles, vegetables, and chicken cubes in it as you like. Remember to cut all the things very small so it will be soft faster. You can also add some peanut butter if you like. It will enhance the flavor of the soup and make it thick and rich.

STEP 3:

Add the spices and soy sauce (salt, pepper, chili sauce, and red curry paste) and the dumplings/gyoza in limited quantities.

STEP 4:

Cover the stockpot and turn the flame low for 8 to 10 minutes until boiled.

STEP 5:

At the end serve it with a garnish of green onions and sesame seeds and enjoy it with chopsticks with your family or friends.

Ingredients

  • water (half L)

  • Oil (2 Tbsp)

  • Soy sauce or tamari (2 Tbsp)

  • Garlic (1Tbsp)

  • Ginger (1 Tbsp)

  • Gyoza/dumplings (8 Piece’s)

  • Red chili, salt. pepper according to taste

  • Noodles (500g)or eggs

  • Peanut butter (1 tbsp)

  • VEGETABLE’S :
  • cabbage (half)

  • Baby corn (200g)

  • carrot (100g)

  • mushrooms (optional)

  • Spring onions (Optional)

Instructions:

  • In a frying pan, heat the oil. Once hot, add gyoza and cook for 3 minutes, or until golden.
  • Add the curry paste, ginger garlic, and peanut butter with water.
  • Put the vegetables, noodles and the spices and cook it for 10 minutes until soft
  • Remove from the heat and stir in the soy sauce and server it
